Sid is a chemical engineer (Purdue) who grew up in his family’s specialty-chemicals business in India. That business supplied customers in Europe and America, ran a joint venture with a global partner, and was later acquired by a multinational. So Sid has sat on both sides of the table our targets face: he has built a specialty-chemicals company, sold to demanding global buyers, and handed one over. He leads KernWerk’s strategy and operating approach.
